My mother ordered 5 tops for me 1-28-15 & I still have not received my items. They debited her account two days after order was placed. Can't track order because the number given doesn't work.

Ordered items in my size according to their sales chart. The shirts arrived and they were several sizes too small, nowhere near the measurements their site gives. I contacted customer service about my disappointment and this was, word for word, their first response to me: "I am sorry those sizes don't fit you. if you want to return the items , you need to pay for shipping fee .which is not worthwhile for you. Could you pls think it twice before you make a final decision? This is the return policy that you can read in detail. http://www.rosewe.com/return-policy-a90.html we advise that you resell the items and buy some correct sizes on our site . we will give you some compension to your store account, is that ok?" Like store compensation would do me any good given that their sizing charts are completely inaccurate. After expressing my displeasure, they said if I insisted, I could return the items and they could give me the address. Now they're claiming they're only going to give me a refund of 60%, despite their own false advertising and the fact that this is their fault, if *I* pay for registered mail shipping of the items back (which they could turn around and resell to some other hapless consumer). Avoid AT ALL COSTS.

I have the same problem, I ordered 220 dollars worth of items and I'm yet to get anyone.... I also paid extra to have my items shipped in 4 days.

I cant even get anyone on the phone.

Never get what you paid for

paid for my two dressed over a week ago, never got my order number, shipment advise etc Nothing. no one contacted me for days, until i started sending them emails about my purchase and when i am going to get it. Someone replies me back Please understanding, nearly Chinese holidays, i will urge them to ship soon. Well, that was last week, and this week. I started threatening them to take complaints further, all they keep saying, Please understanding, we will ship soon, some staff on holidays, some work hard. As a comparison, another Chinese distributor i bought clothes online from recently, they sent me official confirmation of purchase, order requisites, shipment details, tracking number, and in two weeks i got my parcels. I will send complain emails officially to the trading and taxation departments in both Australia and China to investigate this dodgy business. I asked for my money back now.

Tried to get through to customer service

Details
After seeing the response from Rosewe to contact their customer service department, I tried that and guess what it was the same thing as getting a ticket number. They have no intention of doing anything about the merchandise they sold me. I've read other people are having the same issues with this so called company. How can we get together and start a class action suit on these people? They are making lots of money off hardworking people who put their trust in a company that will do right by them. There has to be something we can do. Any ideas

I bought a woollen coat but it did not suit me, so I decided to send it back from the post office with their signature.The parcel was sent on the 31st of December 2014. And was delivered to China on the 10th of January 2015. I was in contact with customer service, asking them to give my money back. But they told me they can only return 60% of what I paid. I've been already waiting more then a month for them to return my money and I still waiting !!!!.I've been asked the customer service, it they checked my tracking number RU74194****GB !!??? But they never answer me back.I never had any problem a with any other company's for example ROMWE or dress.link. I am very disappointed to pay full price for items but you can't get full price refund even if you pay for packaging and waiting more than monts for refund and I never get the money ,that I understand you have my money for coat and the items that is very bad NEVER AGAIN.ROSEWE is the WORST company ever !!!!!!!!!!!!

This is now 3 different companies that are advertising the same clothes from the same country all with different prices. I ordered from dresslily. Pretty jacket, didn't take long to arrive. It was one size, I'm a small person and the sleeves were pretty snug. I'm sending pics and hope you get them. Of course the package came from China. Pics show how it arrived with threads hanging out on shoulders. There was no receipt or info inside of package. I did cut the threads off and have to do some sewing on the cuff. I also got charged for shipping! I would nonot recommend any of these different companies!

I wouldn't remove your review until your problem is solved. On ebay sellers try to do the same thing, they ask you to remove negative feed back before a solution is reached.

Do NOT buy from Rosewe

I ordered a maxi skirt, finally received the skirt and it was WAY too small ( I am a size 0 and 5'8") There is no way I can fit into this, and the material is completely different than what was advertised. There is NO way to return this item. So I am just out the 30 bucks I spent. They won't refund your money unless they send you the wrong item, and even then you have to pay return shipping - to China. I would recommend NOT ordering from this company!! What a giant rip off. I was so disappointed.

Worst company ever!

Ordered clothes from them a month ago. Still have not received anything. Tried to track the items and was rerouted to a website that doesn't exist. Please start posting on Instagram and Facebook and Twitter how horrible they are. Let's shut this place down. I really wish I would have kept my money in my bank account. They are giving online boutiques a very bad name. I will never, ever again purchase from an online store. Thanks a lot Rosewe. You have left a sour taste in both me and my daughters mouth. Jacket purchased - jacket was unwearable as there was a difference in the width of the sleeve size, the right-hand sleeve was considerable narrower than the other. photographic evidence sent - Rosewe solution a credit of $6 (jacket cost 14.99 GBP) or sell it or gift it. (why would you sell or gift a jacket which is not wearable as one of the sleeves of the jacket is 1.5 inches narrower than the other. Their silly offer rejected- therefore they said I had to return at my cost. Stay away from this company!!!!! They are aware the cost of sending back an item is much greater than the purchase price. Therefore, they can sell items as not described and make money as buyers are not going to go to the extra expense of sending an item pack.

Company is a rip off. There clothing is cheap and they don't have a return policy. They get upset when you ask for a return address and then tack on the shipping fee and transaction fee from the original shipment in the return. They use stock pictures of other dresses and give you a knockoff of it. I would never purchase anything from this company again. BUYER BEWARE.

No my issue was never resolved. I did everything they asked me to do about contacting them and got nothing back but the same old thing.

Contact customer service, Again needed a ticket number. They have never said a word about refunding me but keep sending me e-mails of their clothing line.

All I will say is byer beware. I will never deal with them again and will spread the word to others.

Ordered 3 coats, very cute. received 1 smelled terrible other 2 never came. after several text messages all of a sudden I needed a ticket to get service. did that. was told to sell the coat. What company does that. asked about refund for other 2 coats they wanted our measurements. Sent that. Week ago got other 2 coats which were to small also even after I asked for refund. They smelled bad also. Now they are not responding at all. Feel like I was robbed of my money. Again cute clothes but will not recommend to anyone. Buyer beware.
