I ordered a jacket for a gift for my daughter, but it came with the zipper broken. The part was completely off the jacket. First they offered me $10.00. After multiple communications, they refused to refund me the full purchase price, but only 60% of the "value" of the jacket. Despite their website stating that damaged goods will be refunded. They are a scam. DO NOT SHOP THERE. Customer service was really slow and not helpful at all. And the jacket isn't even good quality, not even worth the price I paid, even if it didn't arrive damaged. Don't take a chance on them.

I ordered 3 dresses on February 17,2015.Took about 4 weeks getting to me. Before I received the clothes I called their customer service line but nobody picked up.I decided to take them up on their offer and write a ticket and shortly after I filed a claim with PAYPAL, I received the dresses to cut my long story short, the dresses were of extremely poor quality. Looked like a rushed tailoring job.Button sewn hanging without an attachment. The other two dress were just hideous and I would never wear the.Please Never EVER spend your hard earned money on their ***.Not worth it.I do not intend to wear x

I ordered $77 worth of items on 2/11/15. I put a ticket in after a few weeks and was told the items would ship in 5 days.

I am still waiting. I put another ticket in today to ask for a refund.

We shall see what happens. Thankful I used PayPal and not a credit card.

SCAMMED OUT OF MY MONEY

I placed an order online for merchandise totaling $400.00 through rosewe.com, I even paid extra for expedited shipping which promises to ship within 4 days of receiving the order. So far this has been a nightmare. My order status is still showing paid, but unshipped. I contacted the company via email 13 times but still haven't gotten an answer about when my merchandise will ship. I called the number on the website but its out of service. This is CRAZY!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ROSEWE.COM ITS A SCAM! Im currently disputing my transaction with my bank to try to recover my money being that they will not respond to any request regarding my account.

I make my order with a understanding that your shipping is free as you advertise so I add up my order and pay that amount not include the shipping after pay to paypal of $86.20 I find I should have include shipping. I can not get my order and the payment give me an opportunity to finish my payment so they withdrawn another $96.20. I want my $86.20 back as I pay twice. The reasons why I only pay 86.20 because you advertise that shipping is free so I add up all my order it is 86.20. that is why I make the mistake. Please I need your help to get my money back.

I placed an order on 2/12 the debited my account I even paid to have items shipped in 4 days because I needed them quickly. Received an email in regards to my address changed address and then received a email back saying my address was confirmed and that my items should ship 3-5 days. I'm yet to hear from them and I still dont have my items. I have complained about 5 times on their site. I should have done my research before ordering, I went by the reviews on their site but that was a bad idea as well. SO now I'm headed out of town on tomorrow spent over 200 dollars and I have to go and spend more money. I'm furious. I'm going to the better business bureau!!

I placed an order from ROSEWE.com on 1/23/15 the money has been taken out of my account that same day and still haven't received my items I've made 5 complaints all for them to NEVER call but email and say that the items are on there way. I still haven't received them yet.

frustrated, furious customer. they are straight up THIEVES.

I received items from Rosewe Sizes not for normal ladies. Far too small and cheap. I even bought large and it's rubbish. £40.00 UK pounds out of pocket.

Have sent 4 emails for return address. Only received automated reply and a ticket number. Now that it is Chinese New Year place is closed till 24 February. I doubt these items would fit a youngster. Absolutely furious. Especially that you cannot do anything about it. This company should be banned from advertising, and selling! I even took the parcel to the post office and they would not accept it. This just pure robbery. Giving shoddy goods for overpriced products. I did not know it was a Chinese company I thought I was dealing with an American company. It would probably cost me more than the items to ship them back. ROBBERS!
