I ordered a product 2 weeks ago, it's still in China waiting to go to JFK airport. Really? It's a Halloween costume not a semi automatic. How long does it take to take a costume and put it in the mail? I've sent numerous emails and I get, "Please be patient" it you wanted your order earlier, you should have asked for 24 hour delivery. Please Do NOT PURCHASE from this company. I purchased several items, clothing received was STAINED and jumpsuit was not as described as on website. The most frustrating part of this ordeal was communicating with customer service via email. They even had the nerves to ask me if I was willing to keep the items & wash the stained clothing out. Never received items paid for and it's been over a week would want my money back or my items purchased.
UNBELIEVABLE WHAT CAME IN THE MAIL: this faux fur jacket looked so nice online and looked like a joke costume for a child once it arrived, totally plastic & mailing label said "100% cotton" ????? it is the worst. i am now waiting for response from customer support. they list no return information on website for shipment & i didn't realize i was ordering FROM CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a nightmare. if they don't respond with refund i will seek legal... I ordered 2 dresses, both sz XL. I wear sz 12. They said order 1-2 sizes larger. Waited 2 months, finally arrived. One dress is HUGE, one is TINY. I contact them. I'll keep the huge one, it hangs but oh well. NO RETURNS unless I pay shipping to CHINA & then they reimburse only 60%. Rosewe is the worst nothing is the same that u see in the pictures the quality is pass cheap. I ordered 7 items paid $160 first of all order took 2 months to arrive.
